Meet Jim

Jim Quivey, founder of Hemlock & Granite Building Co., a residential general contractor serving Glens Falls, Saratoga Springs, Lake George, and the Adirondack region.

Hemlock & Granite was founded by Jim Quivey, a carpenter and builder with more than a decade of experience in residential construction throughout the Greater Boston area and the Saratoga–Lake George region.

Drawing on experience ranging from repairs and renovations to custom homes—including work on PBS's This Old House—Jim works directly with homeowners from the first conversation through project completion.
